• Money laundering, terrorism financing, or other illegal activities.
• Abusive, harassing, or unlawful behavior.
• Posting prohibited, offensive, or infringing content.

6. Donations & Payment Terms

• Donations are voluntary and non-refundable, except where required by law.
• Recurring donations may incur additional fees.
• FundDreamz does not guarantee the use or outcome of donated funds.
• All payments are processed securely via third-party providers.

7. Fees & Payments

• FundDreamz may charge platform or processing fees. Details are provided at checkout.
• Chargebacks and refunds are subject to review and applicable law.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and user-generated content on FundDreamz are owned by their respective owners. Users grant FundDreamz a license to use content submitted to the platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

FundDreamz is not responsible for the use of funds by campaign organizers. We provide the platform but do not guarantee outcomes or campaign legitimacy. Users assume all risks associated with donations and campaigns. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless FundDreamz, its affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, or losses arising from their use of the platform.

11. Termination & Suspension

FundDreamz may suspend or terminate accounts or campaigns for violations of these Terms or applicable laws, without prior notice.

12. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or as required by law. Users agree to waive class action rights. These Terms are governed by the laws of your country of residence and international standards. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts.
